My name is Lisa. I have always struggled with my weight in one form or another throughout my adult life. My weight really got out of hand as a result of an abusive relationship where I went from 134lbs to 203lbs. I carried that weight plus some for more than 10 years, at my heaviest I was 220lbs.

On November 5, 2016 I decided to take control of my life, release old hurts and love myself back to good health. As a result I have lost 61lb and went from 206lb to 145lbs.
Part of my success has been a result of juicing and adopting a vegan diet. The other part has been dealing with the underlying issues that have caused me to gain weight and hold on to it for so many years.
It is my goal to share what I have done and help others to love themselves back to good health.
